With a degree in Electronics Engineering from Makerere University, Nicholas leads our team with passion and expertise. His extensive experience in project management, client relations, and electronics systems ensures the successful execution of our projects.

He reviews and evaluate work of technicians to ensure effectiveness, technical adequacy and compatibility in the resolution of complex IT projects and problems of clients.

He facilitates and implements continuous improvements of IT Engineers. Good knowledge of technologies and skills including new hardware platforms, new networks, new operating systems, management tools, new standards and IT Client/vendor relations.

Nicholas focuses on exploring skills that the company needs to run efficiently.

He has good knowledge in electronics systems troubleshoot, repair and maintenance. He follows up with clients in case of complaints and guarantee given after repairs. He does test performance of electrical, electronic, mechanical or integrated systems or equipment. He is good to identify defects with various circuit boards and repairs or recommend replacements. He reviews and maintains maintenance schedules and operational reports. He directs field operations and maintains system logs or manuals to document testing .

Her strategic approach, coupled with a strong analytical mindset, enables her to optimize supply chain procedures,driving cost savings and enhancing overall efficiency. Ann's dedication to delivering top-notch solutions makes her an invaluable asset to our team, consistently exceeding expectations and contributing to our success.

Michel Nkundabarama, Technical Manager

Armed with a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Rwanda, Michel possesses exceptional diagnostic skills and practical knowledge. His ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues makes him an invaluable asset to our team.

His skills of Hands on and the theory he acquired from school has made him one of the best in his field. He is diversity and can open any machine from computers to complicated printers, projectors among others. He can read all motherboards and knows how power flows (move) through the motherboard from one point to another using different electronics testing tools.

Upon identifying the problem, he’s very quick at replacing faulty motherboard components with new and working components.

In case we offer internship to different students, he is the main technician to teach students hardware and real hands on. This exposes students to the real world of Hands on and repair of electronic components.

Regis Bertin Ndizihiwe, Hardware Engineer

Accredited in Electronics Engineering, Bertin brings unparalleled expertise in evaluating, diagnosing, and repairing electronic components and systems. His meticulous approach and hands-on experience ensure the reliability and longevity of our clients' hardware .
